Jonny Norton

Jonny is a systems practitioner, focussing his work on large scale transformation initiatives. Most of his time is spent working alongside Bounce Beyond, facilitating complex journeys across diverse sectors, regions, and organisations – pulling on a wide range of innovative methodologies and practices. He has trained in Systems Thinking with the School of System Change, and holds a MSc in Environmental Leadership. 

Alongside his work at Bounce Beyond, he co-chairs One Planet Education Networks, and is the co-founder of Venture Shift – an initiative facilitating systems change across the European Outdoor Sector. He also works as a freelance consultant for various sustainability and regenerative initiatives, bringing his GenZ swing to this work.

Jonny is a keen mountaineer, athlete, and musician, and strives to bring these perspectives into his work.
