Lesley Southwick Trask

Lesley Southwick-Trask is a cultural anthropologist specializing in global transformation and a strategist who has led transformative initiatives in over 500 organizations, merging evolutionary sciences, U Theory, and systems change for regeneration. As Co-Lead Steward of Bounce Beyond, she fosters pathways to regenerative economies through catalytic action, with a strong focus on transformative communications and engagement.

From 2010 to 2020, Lesley hosted a regenerative farm and intentional community on the Portuguese Camino de Santiago, shaping the values that guide her today. She is the author of three books and a recognized leader, awarded as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women and Top 50 CEOs in Atlantic Canada. As a filmmaker, she recently producedFighting for a Good Death, exploring palliative care. Above all, Lesley treasures her role as a mother and grandmother, her greatest sources of learning and love.
