The Workshops:

  • Planning Meeting(s): Charting

    • Initiate working groups for continuing engagement
    • Co-creating a framework for taking action in Seafood Transformation System
    • Developing a shared model of illustrative issues and system challenges
    • Output: Understanding & support for TS approach; Consensus on issues & placement of issues by sphere
  • Workshop 1: Fishing

    • Initiate design of strategic  pathways, with working groups, for the Seafood Transformation System
    • Begin finding actions from stakeholders that have leverage to advance the pathways
    • Output: Illustrative mapping of stakeholder actions to strategic pathways 
  • Workshop 2: Shipping

    Evaluation/MERL planning for the emerging Seafood T-System:

    • Understanding where different evaluative practices will be most useful
    • Defining these practices
    • Develop a process to complete MERL design.

    Output: Initiating a MERL approach to accompany the Seafood TS pathways & actions

  • Workshop 3: Service

    • Roundtable style dialogue for review with invited industry experts 
    • Café breakouts to review & respond
    • Video & graphic recording

  • Workshop 4: "Selling"

    • Roundtable Review with Transformation thought leaders
    • Invitation to all prior participants
    • Next steps to follow pathways for action
    • Café breakouts to review & respond
